2015 REGIONAL ATHLETES
“Team DT”
5 rounds for time of:
12 Dead Lifts, 185/135
9 Hang Power Cleans, 185/135
6 Push Jerks, 185/135
One athlete completes all of the Deads, HPC and Jerks, then passes off to the other athlete who completes all the reps.  That is one full round.

    teams of how many athletes? what happened to Thursdays recovery? I was completely destroyed today could not complete the part B EMOM and missed the last two reps of the front squats at 325#. By the way thanks for the programming my squats and jerks are like 50 pounds higher which is pretty awesome.

    what if you dont have a partner. can you just do 5 rounds with a prescribed rest or just 5 RFT

      I always just go 1:1. Rest the amount of time it took you to do the round

    No partner so did American dream. Finished round 8

    Then did 21/15/9 medball GHD sit ups with 9/6/3 6″ deficit hspu.

    Then did a ring muscle up into ring hand stand press up just for the crack.

    Did with an older buddy from the gym. He did 135 I did 185. 15:16
    I went unbroken through first 3 rounds unbroken. Then rested between 11 and 12 DL and 5 4 on hang cleans. Last round 1 rest between 8 and 9 hpc.

    Did a class wod as a “warm up”….turned out to be a bit more than that….

    8 rounds
    400m run or row (I did 5 rows and 3 runs)
    8 tire flips (I think the tire I was using was pretty light, maybe 300#)
    8 box jumps 24″
    8 dips
    8 KBS 2pd

    ~43:44 I think

    3 rounds of today’s comptrain workout Open RX

    -then-

    3×5 bench 230 (this was super light, I was planning to just do a linear progression of 5# per week but I might have to do 10# until it’s at least a little challenging).

    I remember doing this like 5-6 months ago and trying to do it alone at 155. Couldn’t hang clean once. Went to 135 and finished around the 22 min mark. Today hang cleans were tough it’s one, if many, of my goats. But it feels good to know that I didn’t have to go down in weight this time.0

    FS 145 – weird score, FS actually feels more secure than BS
    DT done w approx 1:1 rest
    Only last 3 rds @ 105; wanted to get some unbroken rds to keep intensity up. Never done this one RX.

    My wife and I did this in 12:03
    I did Rx Open weights, jerks are weak but did each complex unbroken; she did 115 DL, 95 lb cleans and jerks. She’s still awesome! Great workout!

    Regional – didn’t have a partner, rest 1:1, finished in 12:12. Rounds were 1:13/1:19/1:23/1:21/1:40, messed up my game plan in last round

    I did 115lbs for the first 3 rounds, then 120lbs for the 4th, and 125lbs for the 5th. (Coming off a knee injury, didn’t know how it would go)
